You have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and separate toilets on the ground floor. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, a baby cot, a high chair, and step-free indoor access. Outside, enjoy your private 250 m² enclosed garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers. A shared playground is available for children. Two on-site parking spaces are provided. Please note that parties and events are not allowed. This gîte, renovated in 2015 in a former house, is in a hamlet near the owners’ residence. An annex room is available for your convenience. Heating is included from September 30 to May 31. The Historial de la Vendée is 2.5 km away, Nantes is 50 km, and Puy du Fou is 57 km. Towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning service is also available for an extra charge.
